Hear from a Special Education teacher how she manages outbursts and other classroom disturbances so that she quickly regains control, supports the child, and maintains calm for the other children.
Presenter
Francesca holds a Masters degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Autism Intervention, achieved after recovering from a life-threatening health issue and a re-evaluation of her life and career. Making the career change from business to education proved to be the best decision she ever made, filling her life with a great purpose and passion. She teaches elementary children on the spectrum in the public school system, and is currently pursuing her BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
