i loved getting to watch this- so much of that time was such a blur, it's both fun and sad to go back and see videos... things we thought were "cute" & "quirky" were actually signs of autism. however, sam has come so far! even though i'm quite biased, it's a wonderful set of videos and he is such a precious boy :) thank you!!
Our son is 3 years old and
Our son is 3 years old and was diagnosed a month ago with autism. This video has really meant alot to us because we see so much of our child in Sam. Our son too is impossibly delightful, "cute" and "quirky". Watching this has helped us understand that an autistic child can be so typical that the signs are just the mildest habits or personality traits. The validity of our son's diagnosis was easier to accept after seeing this. Thanks for sharing your precious video- it really hit home with us.
