Overview
Faye shares strategies and ideas on how to manage the picky eater and some of the potential underlying issues that may be causing a child to be a picky eater.
Presenter
Faye has received a Masters Degree in Nutrition, a Masters in Mass Communication, and a Masters in Child Psychology. Faye has had a nutrition practice in the Plano, TX area since 1998, where she specializes in Celiac Disease, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Asperger's Syndrome, Attention Deficit Disorder, Down Syndrome, and Diabetes. Her research work has been published in the professional Journal of the American Dietetic Association. In addition, Faye is a frequent speaker at various conferences and serves as an advisor for a local Celiac support group. Faye's mission is to "empower special needs children and adults with the knowledge of preventive nutrition so they can take control of their own health."
