Kasey shares how Music Therapy can directly help children trying to create meaningful connections with others.

Board Certified Music Therapist
Kasey received a Bachelor of Music in Music Therapy from Sam Houston State University. Her principle instrument was flute, and secondary instruments were guitar and piano. Kasey has worked in early childhood education, special education, the SAAFE House, and at the Center for Hearing and Speech in Houston, TX. She interned at Denton State School and has worked with the Harris County Dept. of Education (HCDE), serving Katy ISD, Houston, Humble and Spring Independent School Districts for more than three years.
In February of 2007 she received the Neurologic Music Therapy certification from Colorado State University.
