I am a Licensed Interior Designer and I have been given the opportunity to help people correct Visual Noise/Sensory Overload through my Interior Design techniques. Sensory Overload is a powerful force and it can have considerable effects on our daily lives.
Changing a space around to create better focus and balance requires determination and special planning.
One must be open minded to solving problems. At times the results may prove to be unconventional.
One can even sleep better after organizing certain spaces or creating more efficient systems or even changing
the colors or texture of the sheets.
What I will share with you comes from years of residential design experience and lots and lots of intuition.
My goal is to assist people interested in referring, collaborating and benefiting from these ideas.
There is so much more for me to learn about the specifics of how colors, shapes, sounds, light, etc. affect the Autism Spectrum.
I am available for individual consultations for homes, schools and businesses along with presentations for teachers, therapists,
parents, etc.
My interest is to be a part of what I refer to as 'unconventional healers'. Those who understand that there are subtle but significant results when we adjust our behavior and our environment. There are subtle things that medicine that can't help with. I believe that the The Color Spectrum can be of great help to The Autism Spectrum.
I look forward to any questions or referrals to specialists that may be interested or pertinent websites.
Regards,
Carolyn Feder
