I need a good speech therapist, can anyone help?!!

My son has recently been diagnosed with a significant mix receptive/expressive language disorder in addition to his Asperger's Syndrome diagnosis. He also has lots of behavioral issues that we think may be tied to his inability to communicate effectively. Does anyone have any practical strategies for us to use at home. Also, what are the treatments for this? Thanks!

I'd love to hear from those of you that have had children with food sensitivities. If you've been keeping up w/the new videos, one posted recently (Introducing new foods: Tips for parents) in which Megan Spohn, our son's therapist, details ideas and tips that she's successfully implemented. She's really worked wonders for him.

I'll brag a little..the day we taped that session Mason had his greatest session ever. Luckily we didn't tape the one following that one a couple weeks later as it was disastrous.

Since it costs so much we were thinking of trying out a group session instead of one on one. We are concerned that this may be to distracting and take longer to see results. If we do private it will limit how often we can go. Anyone else had experience with group speech sessions?
