Thank God It’s Almost Friday
If there’s one thing I’ve learned about working in the corporate environment and going on vacation, it’s that the week after you get back from vacation warrants thoughts of stress, despair, and never wanting to go on another vacation again.
I had 600+ emails in my Inbox, greeting me, (more like mocking me) as I booted up my laptop on Monday.

Theatre Arts Helps Kids With Autism

Many parents of autistic children in the greater Des Moines area are turning to a 5 week theatre arts program specifically tailored to assisting affected children. The goal of the program is to help children learn how to interact and socialize with others, and how to "act in real life". Many take the approach that it's much like giving your child a tutor for any other subject like Math or English, only in this case the tutoring is giving assistance in social cues.
