I will post this here too...Here is a tiny excerpt from my book "How to Set Up a Work Area at Home for a Child with Autism." Sorry, it is not yet available in paperback until late June. I will post it when it is available. The idea behind the book is to give parents tools and strategies for teaching basic skills. It is very much a book to use at the beginning stages. I tried to include many of the teaching techniques that I learned and incorporated in the classroom 1:1 time, when I was in the classroom. Let me know what you think.
