Dr. Leif Sigurdson, a plastic surgeon specializing in reconstructive surgery is leaving Nova Scotia and moving his family West to Winnipeg in order to receive better services. A lack of resources and and limitations of hours allowed in the program Nova Scotia currently provides led to his decision.
