Court rulings are expected today in three cases where vaccines allegedly played a role in an autism diagnosis. The three families -- the Cedillos, the Hazelhursts and the Snyders are all seeking compensation for vaccine damages. All have cases pending a ruling that the MMR vaccine negatively impacted their children.
