Two sets of parents from Belgium have been sentenced to five month terms for not having their children vaccinated against Polio. The parents have been given a temporary reprieve, however, to give them another chance to have their children vaccinated. As experts weigh in, the case brings to the forefront the tension between parental rights and public health.
