Canadian courts received case on Monday of parents fighting the education system and the lack of services best suited for their affected children's needs. Five families are attempting bring suit against the Government of Ontario and seven school boards for what it deems as negligence and damages. The suit accuses them of failing to provide, and properly fund the expensive therapies in schools.
