In need of assistance to keep their rose farm afloat, a perfect partnership was formed. Farm owner of the last rose farm in New England, Tom Pinchbeck, partnered with a local foundation called "Ability Beyond Disability" to employ and train 25 adults with autism. Here they learn to cultivate, cut and package the flowers for sale.
