Product Review: Over the last few months, I have had the extreme pleasure of reviewing many of the cool products sold by Achievement Products. IndredibleFoam Dough, Slipper Spheres, Sensory Snow, Moon Sand and Bubber, are just a few of the products I have reviewed to date. Whether you are an occupational therapist, physical therapist, special or regular teacher, or speech therapist, you can find almost any product you’ll need at Achievement Products – at affordable prices!
This week, I am reviewing another cool product sold by Achievement Products called the Wiggly Jiggly Ball. The Wiggly Jiggly Ball does just that – it Wiggles and Jiggles! The ball’s bright, vibrant colors makes the ball irresistible to babies and toddlers alike! Simply roll the ball to add a little wiggle! Shake the ball to add a little jiggle! The unpredictable movements and sounds not only are great for sensory stimulation, but make for a great gross motor activity, too! Not only will the eye-catching colors of the ball catch your child’s interest, but the funny sounds and movements it makes will sustain her attention. Ready for the best part? Batteries are not required! Therefore, it’s easy on your wallet, too!
Not only does the Wiggly Jiggly Ball help develop/reinforce an infant’s/toddler’s gross motor skills, but it also incorporates the whole sensory piece! For older kids, the Wiggly Jiggly Ball can help develop the small muscles in the hands and fingers (fine motor), as the holes in the ball allow for a good, firm grip.
Bar None, the Wiggly Jiggly Ball (in my opinion) is unlike any other ball on the market, and well worth the price of $17.95 (plus shipping)!
