I just read the article "Medicare Would Rather Buy $8000 Computer than $150 iPhone App" found over at GIZMODO.com and just about tossed my lunch across the room. The thoughts that are running through my mind are moving to fast to type. This type of archaic thinking, behavior, decision making, and communication is absurd.
I do not blog or write articles for the purposes of chasing pageviews or creating shock value. The absurdity of the response from Medicare to the very issue at hand should speak loud and clear by standing alone...all by itself... while the poor souls who are completely disconnected from reality who wrote the rubbish are huddled in a room clinging together in attempt to write something else completely pathetic.
I digress.
I will ask you the same questions that we ask our team here at projectLD (which includes AutismSpot.com, SpotUniversity.com and projectLD.com).......What do you need? What will you use? What will make your life easier?
We build cool stuff. It's fairly plain and simple. We build sites like AutismSpot and SpotUniversity because we like them, we use them, and we receive feedback that they actually help people. As users, we build technology applications to be a service and enhancement to our lives...not something that drains us or wastes our time. We recently brought on some fantastic new partnerships and these relationships are driving development across many platforms (web based, mobile applications, and a few others we will save for later).
You are here because you either stumbled upon us, it was recommended you check out the site, or you woke up one morning and the words AutismSpot.com immediately came to you. So here are the questions once again and take some action.....I don't care how absurd, bizarre, unusual, or out of the park you want to go.....What do you need? What will you use? What will make your life easier? ...from a technology, web, mobile basis. We want to be part of the solution and making your life easier is one step in the right direction.
