Kent Potter is Chief Executive Officer and Founder of projectLD, LLC. projectLD is made up of a network of lifestyle websites, a production company, creative agency, and software incubator. Kent is an award winning filmmaker and photographer and leads content creation across the projectLD family of companies. Prior to projectLD, Kent co-founded a successful intellectual property and mergers & acquisitions firm. Kent has over a decade of experience in executive roles with McAfee, Inc. Nortel Networks, Solvay, and Lyrick Corporation.
Kent received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film and Digital Media from Baylor University in Waco, Texas and successfully completed the Executive Education Program: Leading Change in Complex Organizations from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, MA. Kent has served on the Board of Directors of TDI Technologies since 2006 www.TDITechnologies.com.

As Founder and Chief Technology Officer, Kevin is responsible for all technology and application development for projectLD's health, media and software companies. Kevin's extensive experience as a software developer and elite digital media designer has made him a sought after consultant to some of the top Fortune 500 companies. Kevin has more than a decade of website and enterprise level web application development experience.
Kevin's extensive software, mobile application, and media development skills cover the spectrum from code design to high-end user interface projects. Kevin's ability to accurately assess business impact, time to delivery, and ROI has elevated projectLD to one of the most sought after independent creative shops in the country.
Prior to creating projectLD, LLC, Kevin built a successful consulting practice after spending years working for startups and Fortune 500 companies. He has been a sought after asset due to his knowledge of cutting edge technologies and his ability to apply the appropriate methodologies to varied business and technology problems. His ability to understand a project from front-end GUI design to database schema design has allowed him to work with such companies as Halliburton, Toyota and Stewart Title to name a few.

Craig Gibson is the Editor-In-Charge of AutismSpot and SensorySpot, and a writer for ImagineVLE. Craig has also published on the local and national levels, with autism and learning disabilities being his primary focus. In addition, Craig is the Lower School Student Support Specialist for the Renaissance Academy Charter School in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania.

Mika is a leading content specialist, advisor, and internationally recognized expert on nutraceuticals and specialty compounding. Mika's own journey into the world of autism began with the diagnosis of her youngest son over a decade ago. It was at this time that she realized her passion for helping and serving others. Mika is a veteran at communicating such topics as nutrition, dietary and behavioral interventions and how they relate to individuals with autism spectrum disorders, special needs, and senior living. Mika has supported the autism community since 1999 by actively working to develop resources, training tools, and support programs for parents and professionals.
Mika is Manager of Nutraceuticals for Dougherty's Pharmacy in Dallas, Texas. For more than 80 years, Dougherty's has been a leader in pharmacy services, durable medical equipment, and other specialty services for the north Texas area and beyond. Dougherty's is one of the nations leading pharmacies and is part of the Ascendant Solutions family of companies.
Mika regularly presents to organizations, national conferences, and is often interviewed by web, television, radio, and print media on behalf of AutismSpot and Dougherty's. Prior to joining AutismSpot and Dougherty's, Mika worked for Kirkman Labs as a sales and support consultant for ten years.
Cristina Busu, MS, BCBA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Advisor
Cristina is an advisor to AutismSpot on matters relating to behavior management, autism spectrum disorders, and education. Cristina earned her master's degree in Early Childhood Disorders from the University of Texas at Dallas and her bachelor's degree in Psychology. She has completed a post-graduate coursework at the University of North Texas in preparation for her BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst), which she received in summer 2007. Cristina has over a decade of experience working with children encompasses four years of public school teaching (certified in grades 1st-4th) and over five years of working with children with autism and other developmental delays as a Floor time and/or ABA therapist, trainer, team lead, and consultant.
Jay Espaillat is an advocate for families living with autism and advisor to AutismSpot.com. Jay held the roles of Vice President and Chief Operating Officer with AutismSpot.com and the projectLD family of companies from January 2008 - January 2011. He was instrumental in growing AutismSpot into a world class destination site which services individuals, families, universities and professionals in more than 160 countries on a monthly basis. While residing in Dallas, Texas with his wife Nancy and two beautiful daughters, Jay works as an operations and project management executive.
